Description: Small
thrush with distinctive pale eye stripe above eye and rusty red flanks &
underwings.
Size: 19-23cm Length
Habitat: Woodland, hedgerows, scrub,
farmland, parks & gardens
Breeding: Less than 60 pairs, restricted to the far
north of Scotland
Food: Berries, fruit and insects
Call Note: Thin
'Seeeep' call, often heard overhead as flocks descend during Autumn nights.
Status: AMBER
