Status: Resident all year round

Habitat: Woodlands, woodland margins, hedgerows, orchards and gardens
Breeding: Approx 190 000 breeding pairs, up to 7 eggs, fledging in approximately 16 days
Food: Insects, berries, buds and seeds
Call Note: A soft and fluty "Pew"
